Just what I meant with my blog of last week. It sounds simple but it takes years and it takes a lot of courage or as Brene Brown says Daring Greatly.

I am a strong believer in a single focus on what will make the difference and on Daring Greatly, being vulnerable in your learning process. Set the example. So take time to read this article  in Coach Logic, the interview with Danny Kerry, Olympic gold medallist – hockey coach. Take it and mix it with your own leadership style in coaching.
